As part of the EU Green Deal and RePowerEU campaigns, the collaboration between the EU DG NEAR regional programs MED-GEM Network and EU Neighbours South aims to enhance the visibility of the promotional campaign for the Green Hydrogen Lebanon Camp, co-organized with the MED-GEM Network, the LCEC, and the Ministry of Energy and Water during the Beirut Energy Week 2024 on September 17 and 18.

This partnership aims to mobilize a targeted audience, ensure broad media coverage, and foster exchanges and collaborations around green hydrogen and renewable energy in the Mediterranean, particularly in Lebanon.

 Ahead of this campaign, an awareness-raising webinar will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 5:30 PM Lebanon time, targeting a young and connected audience, including students, civil society members, and influential social media opinion leaders. This webinar will be a key step in informing and engaging potential participants in the Green Hydrogen Lebanon Camp, preparing them for the call for applications, and highlighting the opportunities offered by green hydrogen and renewable energy in the region.
