Tiziana de Harlez

Graduated with a Master in Cooperation for Development at the Free University of Brussels, Ms. Tiziana de Harlez is project manager with over 5 years of experience in managing projects financed by the EU and other donors such as the World Bank and KfW mostly in the Middle East and North Africa. Ms. de Harlez has started her professional career at the NGO Doctors of the World to pursue within the private sector. Now at GIZ International Services since around 2 years, she supports the MENA Department by leading tenders and implementing regional and international large-scale projects such as the Technical Assistance “Support to Green Electrons and Molecules' development in the Southern Neighbourhood” (MED-GEM) and the NPO and Judiciary component of the EU Global Facility on Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.  Within the MENA department of GIZ InS, Ms. de Harlez is also the focal point for Palestine and Yemen, in charge of business development and project coordination within both countries.
