The EU-funded MED-GEM Network and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through the project H2Vert.TUN “Green Hydrogen for a Sustainable Economic Growth and a Decarbonised Economy in Tunisia,” implemented by the Tunisian Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy (MIME) and the GIZ, in collaboration with National Engineering School of Tunis (ENIT), the Polytechnic School of Tunisia, and with media support from EU Neighbours South, are thrilled to launch the third edition of the Green Hydrogen Camp — hosted this year in Tunisia!
Building on the success of the first two camps in Morocco and Lebanon, this exclusive EU-South Mediterranean regional summer school and hackathon offers a unique opportunity for students to deepen their knowledge of renewable hydrogen technologies while fostering cross-border collaboration and innovation.
Held from July 7–11, 2025, at the Polytechnic School of Tunisia in Sidi Bou Said, the camp will bring together 30 outstanding participants — 10 from EU and MENA countries, and 20 from Tunisia.
Over four intensive days, students will gain hands-on experience in hydrogen production, storage, distribution, and applications in sectors like energy, transport, and industry, working alongside top experts and mentors in the field.
